Stranger Danger.
It was keeping OnStar Members from pushing their blue button. They didn’t know who they were getting on the other end of the line. To help break the ice, we created a video series to introduce Members to “The Voices Behind the Button” — a more personal side of OnStar Advisors. Because once you get to know someone — and how they can help — nothing else compares to that human interaction.
As the writer on this assignment, I worked with the Charlotte, NC call center to interview OnStar Advisors and choose who we wanted to profile. Then we created video topics, interview questions, flew down to the call center to meet and film the Advisors. We created short and long-form videos that lived online, in CRM and on a robust website.
